The
Ancient Science of Chinese Medicine Chinese
Medicine is a complete medical system that has been used for over
3,000 years for preventive care, health maintenance and treatment of disease.
The goal of this holistic modality is to restore balance to the body, mind, emotions
and spirit to help recover one's own healing capacity. Rather than just focusing
on symptoms, Chinese Medicine seeks to determine the deeper, underlying causes
of illness. Acupuncture,
herbs,
massage,
qigong and dietary
therapy are included in the practice of Chinese Medicine.

Acupuncture is a therapy that adjusts the circulation of energy or Qi (pronounced
chee) flowing through channels in the body. Qi is the animating force in our bodies
that gives us the ability to move, think, and feel. By restoring balance or harmony
to the flow of Qi, the body returns to its healthy state. Click

The Art of Herbal Medicine The sophisticated
art of Chinese herbal medicine includes the use of over 300 herbs with its own
systematic way of classifying and prescribing them. They are used to adjust and
balance the energy and blood flow internally. Herbal medical treatment uses and
values the wisdom of the whole plant to interact with the body in a harmonious
fashion, and as a result there are relatively few if any side effects of using
herbs.
Heal Your Body and Mind with Tuina Massage
Tuina (Twee-na)
is a Chinese style of medical massage that uses various pressure point techniques
including kneading, pressing, rolling, and stretching in an effort to regulate
the functions of meridians, Qi and blood, and internal organs to recover the proper
functioning of muscles, tendons, and joints.
Qigong-Chinese Meditative Exercise
Qigong (Chee-kung)
is an ancient Chinese meditative exercise that is very popular for improving health.
Using slow movements, qigong
helps one focus the mind to move Qi in the body. When Qi flows freely through
the body, it breaks through blockages related to illness and stress allowing the
body to heal, decrease tension, and improve mental clarity and intuition.

Reduce Signs of Aging with Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
Facial Rejuvenation
Acupuncture also known as Acupuncture Face Lift, is a holistic
non-surgical therapy that reduces the signs of aging by treating both the face
directly and the underlying causes of aging. More than just a cosmetic procedure,
it is a revitialization method that makes the whole person look and feel younger.
According to Chinese medical theory, inner health is seen in one's outer appearance
because health and beauty are inseparable. Correcting internal imbalances is the
best way to treat outer signs of aging. Acupuncture, massage, herbs, and dietary
therapy are all a part of Facial Rejuvenation treatment.
